Nurseries, please list your plants in the description area of the application to prevent redundancy. Specialty plants such as hostas, iris, dahlias, etc. especially encouraged. All art must be handcrafted garden art, suitable for outdoor exposure.We do not accept clothing, jewelry, 2-D paintings or photography. No imported items! We are looking forward to another great fair with all your local quality products!
Full payment must be received no later than April 15th or spaces may be reallocated to another vendor.
Booth Space Costs
Booth spaces are 12’x 12′. Multi-space discounts available.
- Retail vendor booth space: $90 per space
- Non-profit booth space: $45 per space
- Food vendor space: hot food – $90 per space; pre-prepared food – $45 per space
A portion of the funds generated by the vendor booth fees go to sponsor educational scholarships for local women who are continuing their educations or returning to school. Additional funds generated pay for event expenses and support the work of the DCA.
